Administrative decisions can be challenged by filing a legal recourse by anyone who can prove a personal interest for a decision taken by an administrative organ and which is contradicted to the law, the constitution or the European acquis. The Administrative decisions can be challenged within 75 days after the decision has been published or communicated to the individual or corporations. Once the time limit of 75 calendar days has been elapsed, it is not possible to file a recourse against such decision.
